As owner of HomeBody Massage, LLC and a Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida and Missouri, I am excited to introduce myself and look forward to having you as a client*.  I graduated from the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, MO in 2004, and have completed 800+ hours of training in a variety of areas such as Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Zen Shiatsu, Pre-Natal, Hot-Stone, Chair Massage, Aromatherapy, Body Wraps & Scrubs, and various energy balancing techniques. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Health Coach.

As a wife and mother, I understand the stress of trying to "fit it all" into your daily schedule.  By coming to your home or office and offering flexible times that work for you, this is one appointment on your calendar that you will actually look forward to!
